Step inside to find a very comprehensive set up of free weights (you won’t run out here) and awesome pin and plate loaded machines. Everything about this gym is what weight training is meant to be. It’s about creating the right training atmosphere and that’s exactly what you get here! From the music to the equipment we focus on offering our members a superb training environment and they in return respect it by treating the gym as if it is their own. The gym layout is divided into different areas: free weights and benches, leg machines, bench presses, multi-stations and a platform for squatting and dead lifting. In any gym safety is so important and for this reason the gym is always kept tidy and you won’t find a single weight or plate on the floor. Everything is where it should be every time you come in to train. So if you are looking to get into weight training to help your other chosen sport or have an interest in bodybuilding or powerlifting then everything is here and ready to go.
